Tomatoes

We are in the throes of a tomato bounty. These are all from our garden. I've been roasting them and making a sauce to put over different things. Here are photos of the step by step. Yummmy! I've posted the recipe on the Caffe Fratelli blog so take a look if you want it! The finished product used with grilled bread and melted mozzarella cheese.
